Note: If you wish to participate in the meeting you should
contact the
trustee to obtain the full notice of meeting and relevant documents. If you
(or your
proxy) wish to participate in the meeting by electronic means, you must send
your (or
your proxy's) name, address and contact details to the trustee at least two
business
days before the meeting date.
Notifying particulars of debt/claim and proxies
