It is a condition of Mr Thomson's registration that he comply with the Direction issued by the Inspector-General on 20 June 2025 pursuant to s 40-15(1) of Schedule 2 - Insolvency Practice Schedule (Bankruptcy) of the Bankruptcy Act 1996 to not accept further appointments under the Bankruptcy Act 1966. This condition will remain in effect until such time as the Direction is withdrawn by the Inspector-General in Bankruptcy.
